I ordered the Sandy color which was portrayed as a beautiful amber-like pendant. Not even CLOSE. It's a dull light brown solid color, nothing like the picture. I returned them immediately.

I just love my new pendant lights. I just remodeled my kitchen and it just blends in beautifully. After shopping at several Lighting shops, the price of these lights(3) were very, very reasonable. I luv my lights and I luv the price!!! Thank you.

I have 2 of these lights over my kitchen island. I have them on dimmers and they look great!
The 9 feet of cord helped because I have high ceilings and needed 7' of cord for the electrician to hang them.

This chandelier was more beautiful seeing it in person. It's like having a piece of artwork over the table. One thing I would recommend is installing this with a dimmer switch. It gives off beautiful light, but can be rather bright at times. I would recommend this for every dining room!

I hate to overreacte but this lamp color can only be described as gross. It may look as pictured when lit but to look at it unlit, it is an aweful color and very milky and has ugly matt finish - it's disgusting. I don't think that someone who loves super earthy looking things would even like it. I returned it.

The lights arrived exactly the way that they look in the picture on the website. Each one is alittle different because of the gemstones used--the ones that I received had more green in them than I expected, but it worked with the space I was doing. They are in an area where kids will be and they love them. When turned on, they do make a colored pattern on the wall. They were easy to install.

We are very pleased with this chandelier. My husband (who was originally skeptical when we ordered in online) and I have been looking for a dining room chandelier for at least 5 years and could never find one that we liked (or at least not in our price range), until we came upon this chandelier on your website. The fixture itself is very unique and the "flowers" look like Murano glass designers. We love it!

Absolutely love my new chandelier. Arrived quickly. Well packaged with each crystal wrapped. For great atmosphere we used frosted 25 watt bulbs. It's like bringing a little piece of the outside in.

I am very impressed with the workmanship of this chandelier. It is so elegantly crafted, a work of art. The chandelier was partically assembled. The instructions were easy to follow and the crystal was well proctected and wrapped carefully. All the hardware was stored in the carton. This chandelier is just beautiful and complements any dinning room no matter what your style may be.

We were very dissapointed with this product. The idea that 12 inches like shown in the picture and it hangs from a chain is terrible. We were not aware how cheap this product would look. I would not recommend this to anyone else and I will not display this in my home!!!!

I bought three of these to hang over a center island in the kitchen and they are exquisite! Going with three separate pendants rather than system of a rod with moveable pendants ended up being a savings. The glass is thick and not easily breakable. It takes a regular A19 light-bulb but the colors in the pendant wash out from too much light. Instead, use an R20 reflector bulb that has a narrow-flood light distribution (look for a NFL designation)for brighter light on the surface and more vivid color in the pendant. This is a beautiful glass pendant with a mix of colors which is unusual and allows you to introduce more than just one color into your design. Buy it!

I installed two multi-light pendants (3 lights in each group) over the two sinks in our master bath. They look great and we have had several very positive comments from guests. The sub-assembly of putting the fixtures together and cutting the wires was time consuming. Especially, stripping the wires.

We purchased this chandelier for our 10 year old daughters room and it looks great. The pink petals are a clear plastic but you can not tell it is plastic once it is up. We are very happy with it and my daughter feels like a princess.

We ordered several lightsfrom this model series for our newly remodeled kitchen. They look great. an electrician installed them so we don't know if it was easy or not. But it didn't seem to take very long. The single light is over the sink and adds just the splash of color (sapphire blue) we were looking for and plenty of light for working there.

I opened the box and looked at the finish and was shocked. I went back to the picture to compare, the fixture I got had a heavy, glopey, flat brown paint substance over the entire thing. This was considered "antiqued". There was no reflection or glow left to the metal. I have done some metal work and know that there are substances available that react w/ the metal to create patina which is what I would have expected for what for me was a reasonably expensive light. Otherwise it was a really unique light.

The Chandelier is beautiful. We were amazed at how well it was packed for shipping. Not one bump or bruise, it was packed so securely. It had more than enough wiring and chain and we were surprised that they even shipped a set of bulbs with it. I would highly recommend this or any ELK Lighting product (but not to my friends... I want them to all be jealous of me - just kidding :o}) Thank you Lighting Universe for an easy and satisfying shopping experience!

Very nice looking, had to find a smaller light bulb to fit in it. The normal size bulbs just stuck out from the bottom and took your eyes away from the pendant and made you stare at the bulb. Now it is fixed and I love it!

Pretty light, that is at an excellent price point. The actual lights are lighter (whiter) in color then shown in the pictures, but still attractive. They are hand made, so there is significant variation between them. You have to be ready for this. You might want to even consider ordering a couple of extras, keeping the ones you like the most, and returning the others due to the variation in appearance. They could be brighter. If you put in a full 60w light, they do OK in terms of counter/table lighting, but you start to get a bright spot through the glass. If you put in a lower wattage bulb, then they look prettier, but may be too dim. They use candelabra bulbs, which somewhat limits your bulb options, and may not work with some bulbs which will not work if they are installed base up. Try to look for frosted bulb options, as these seem to work the best. Despite comments, still think they are an excellent value.

A simple chandelier (only 3 shades) with crystals that are not overdone. The shades are beautiful by the way, I wish I could find more, and the overall look and coloring is great (silver and glass) as we have an open floor plan and are blending chrome in the white kitchen with the greys and blacks of the dining/living room. Great transitional piece perfectly sized for a smaller dining room. Think it would be great in a master bedroom as well.

Ordering was easy, shipped out immediately, received as promised.
The light is beautiful and looks great on the wall. I looked at similar lights in retail stores and they were twice or three times as expensive. I love on-line shopping. Lighting Universe is certainly where I will go for future lighting needs.

Unfortunately our 3-light Elysburg chandelier from E.L.K Lighting hangs crooked. The arms don't appear to be bent, but the center of balance is slightly off. Seems to be a design flaw.

I bought this and one other ELK chandelier for my 2 daughters rooms. They both look great and went up fairly easy. If you don't have any experience hanging a chandelier you may need some help since there is some basic wiring and size adjustments in the chain to hang at the proper height. Anyway, not a lot of girls chandeliers out there but it looks great.

The light is OK for what it is. It is FAR TOO EXPENSIVE. The globes are cheap, the metal frame is not impressive. Overall it is underwhelming. The only saving aspect is the design concept. Too bad the quality is poor. I would have been happy with the product if it cost around $250; $800 is outrageous.

The color variations in this light are not as shown and the pendant appears as a solid gray color when unlit. The striated variations are etching on the outside of the glass only and not a product of glass color differences. Most importantly, the lights I received had very squared-off upper edges with no gentle rounding-off as shown in the photos.

The look and feel of this chandelier simply isn't justified in the picture!! Beautiful and classy. Just be careful with the installation and make sure you install it (first) with the maximum rod length. You can always go shorter, but never back. Instructions leave something to be desired and suggest knowing what you are doing before you start, otherwise hire a pro.

Again - pictures online don't do this piece justice. You see that crystal around the base of each light? That is a substantial, faceted, gorgeous chunk of crystal! This is a gorgeous fixture! Not too much bling but just enough! The finish is beautiful - looks rich but not too expensive! Beautiful!

The lights were backordered, and I checked a dozen other online lighting stores for this particular fixture. Those places reported backorders into August! We replaced a soffit and recessed light with the pendant style which gives me more light over my sink and looks so much better! The light fisture is very beautiful, however the long crystal pendants in the middle are not all the same length so the light does not look the same as the picture. It would be better if they were all the same lenght. We also purchased 3 other light fixtures and we had the same issues.

We have three of these rose-swirled lights hanging over our peninsula in the kitchen. They are so beautiful and practical (actually illuminate a nice area). Everyone who visits comments on how beautiful they are. The only thing I was disappointed in is that the bottom edge is not quite even, but I think this is the nature of the hand blown glass.

The chandelier is really nice looking and was simple to install, however, using the standard, regular 60 watt lightbulbs stick out beyond the glass fixtures, which makes it look odd. Need to find flat top bulbs, similar to the shape of flood light bulbs in order to avoid this odd look so buyer beware using special light bulbs for this light fixture.

The chandelier is just as pictured--an excellent artistic design, but it is not a symmetrical design (which i like) but ours hung a little crooked. However, it has an adjustable hook on the top which helps. One arm was slightly bent, but I was able to bend it back pretty well so it looks good enough. Also, two of the glass globes are tight and one is loose and we have to readjust it if we knock the light slightly.
However, all in all I like it and would order it again; I'm just not sure it arrived in good enough shape that I'd recommend it to a friend without reservations.

I absolutely love the fixture now that it is up. My husband and I tried to install it ourselves. As we've done many over the past 35 yrs we didnt anticipate any problems. As it turns out we had to hire an electrician to hang the fixture because the screws supplied with the fixture were not long enough to catch the fixture from the box in the ceiling.

I am very pleased with my kitchen chandelier. It did however have a slight bend in the metal which holds one of the glass globes, my husband wanted to send it back, but it still works and isn't that noticable. I opted to keep it. It also came without one silver washer part that holds the globe in place. I called the company and they are sending me a new one.

Hung my chandelier over the kitchen sink. Not where you'd think I'd put and it's very special there. Everyone notices it immediately. Very unique, beautiful and functional--it's on a dimmer so it's bright when I need to work there but soft and pretty when it needs to be. Wish I had a place for another one.

Please read the following before purchasing:

1) The specs for the fixture show a length of 43" but it is actually 40". Both your web site and ELK's web site show the same dimensions so I'm sure you got them from ELK. Three inches doesn't seem like much but it my application it mattered.
2) The glass is darker than it appears on the Lighting Universe web site. It isn't a problem for me but could be for somebody else so I recommend that potential buyers check it on ELK's site first to be sure you like it.
3) Lighting Universe's price is AWESOME compared to local stores, but when compared to other manufacturer's price, ELK is high. I just don't see the ELK product being of any greater quality than lower-priced fixtures from other manufacturers.

Overall, the light is nice and was exactly the style I was looking to put in my kitchen.

I needed a light above the dining table for my vacation rental at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina, Oahu. (check out via google to get a feel for the interior this light matches with).

The light looks stylish and contemporary. Easy to install. It is quite heavy, so take your time to understand the installation before the get go. I was able to use pliers to cut through the chain to re-size the length of the chain without much effort.

It matched very well with similar alabaster pendants which you can also get at this site.

These are lovely, friendly pendants. They would work well in a variety of settings. We installed ours in our restaurant (4 single pendants over the counter, 1 multi-pendant over the register). They have beautiful markings, while still emitting a lot of light -- as most of glass is white. The cord is adjustable to whatever height you like. I recommend this product!

This lighting is very artsy and beautiful. I love it and get lots of complements! My only problem is that because it is above a range, we had to hang it higher and the bulb was very hard to install in the one with the shortest cord.
I have it on a dimmer light and recommend that!

I bought these (6 in all) to decorate of my restaurant. I also bought 12 chandeliers that match. All were very easy to install. The speed in which they arrived was terrific. Was afraid that they might look too bulky, as my house is modern - but I am very pleased with the look. We put two posts outside and one wall mount on the back of the house. Nice lighting, not too bright.

This light looks great except that it doesn't look like the photo. Normal light bulbs stick out above the shade. Make sure you like that or you'll have to find some low profile bulbs.

I purchased this light to hang over a baby grand piano. It is beautiful. The light fixture and glass are an excellent quality. The lights are very bright. It would make a great dining room light. I plan to put a dimmer switch on it, which should accent its beauty. I would recommend this light to everyone. It is well worth the money.

The fixture is lovely and the price is much more reasonable than what I found locally or on other websites. In addition, because of the halogen bulbs, it gives off a tremendous amount of light. We are delighted with the product.
